Workday HCM/Financials Administrator
Job Description:Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules such as Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and Recruiting, and/or Financials modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and ProcurementBuild and maintain Workday business processes, condition rules, notifications, and security configurationsDevelop reports, dashboards, and analytics using Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Composite Reports, and Prism AnalyticsSupport tenant configuration changes and deployment activities across Workday environmentsTroubleshoot and support Workday integrations including EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio integrationsSupport Workday semi-annual release updates, regression testing, feature evaluations, and adoption planningPartner with HR and Finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutionsManage Workday security roles, domains, and user access configurationsMaintain system documentation including configuration workbooks, testing scripts, SOPs, and training materialsProvide Tier 2/3 support for Workday application issues and end-user troubleshootingSupport implementation, enhancement, and post-production optimization initiatives.Requirements:4+ years of Workday administration experience supporting HCM and/or Financials environmentsCurrent Workday Pro certification in at least one module (HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Financials, Reporting, etc.)Experience supporting Workday implementation, optimization, or post-production support projectsStrong experience with Workday reporting tools including Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Composite ReportsUnderstanding of Workday security framework, business processes, and role-based access controlsExperience supporting Workday integrations including EIBs, Core Connectors, or Workday StudioStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilitiesBachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).Benefits:Flexible work arrangementsProfessional development opportunities
