Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Representative Schedule: Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Location: On-site | Pittston, PAWe are currently hiring Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Representatives to join a growing, customer‑focused team. Overview Provide prompt, professional service while maintaining industry‑leading customer experience standardsEfficiently multitask across systems while handling calls, documentation, and follow‑upsCollaborate within a team‑driven environment focused on customer satisfaction and company growthDemonstrate consistent dependability, attention to detail, and strong time managementDay‑to‑Day ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls from existing clients regarding their insurance policies, including:Policy changes and account updatesAutopay setup and billing inquiriesRetention and save‑the‑account effortsGrow and maintain strong client relationshipsAccurately and timely enter inbound leads and client informationFollow up on outstanding items to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction Additional Skills & Qualifications Active Property & Casualty insurance license required2+ years of call center experience (no degree required)Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platformsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)Strong customer service skills with a confident, personable communication styleExcellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and professionalismReliable attendance, strong work ethic, and consistencyAbility to quickly build rapport and effectively handle diverse customer needs#eastpriority26 Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilkes-Barre, PA. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
