Director of Case Management | Palm Springs, CA $130K – $200K + $20K Sign-On Bonus Director of Case Management opportunity at a well-established acute care hospital in Palm Springs. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving utilization, throughput, and overall case management operations.What you’ll do: • Lead day-to-day Case Management operations • Drive utilization management and denial prevention • Oversee care coordination and patient throughput • Ensure smooth, timely patient transitions and discharge planning • Improve length of stay and reduce readmissions • Partner with physicians on education and utilization best practices • Support revenue cycle accuracy and performance • Ensure compliance with CMS, state regulations, and accreditation standards • Use data to drive performance improvement across the hospitalQualifications: • RN or LCSW/LMSW license (active and in good standing) • Bachelor’s degree required (Nursing, Business, Healthcare Admin, or MSW) • 3+ years of acute care case management or healthcare leadership experience • Strong understanding of utilization review, discharge planning, and compliance • Experience working cross-functionally with physicians and hospital leadershipNice to have: • 5+ years of leadership experience, ideally multi-site • MSN, MBA, MSW, or MHA • ACM certificationIf you’re looking for a leadership role where you can truly impact operations, patient flow, and outcomes, let’s connect.
