We’re seeking an experienced and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an IT Support Specialist II!

As an IT Support Specialist II for Norway Savings Bank, you’ll be an integral part of our IT team, responsible for responding to help desk requests, with a focus on more complex issues, as well as involved with troubleshooting and repairing workstation hardware, assisting with deploying and managing computing software, and ensuring that operations run smoothly.
Our Candidate Needs:
A High School diploma or equivalent (required), technical certifications desirable.
2-4 Years of experience in a help desk role (required).
Proficiency in managing Active Directory and Group Policy.
Proficiency in Microsoft products including Windows operating systems and MS Office Suite.
Working knowledge of networking concepts including LAN/WAN topology, IP addressing and wireless access points.
Experience with security software such as Anti-virus, Anti-SPAM, Anti-Malware, and other security related technologies.
Experience in troubleshooting a wide range of technical implementations such as; VMWare, Citrix, SQL, Terminal Services, and common Cloud/Hosted environments.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Superior communication and organizational skills to respond to diverse and sometimes urgent needs.
Proficient in Apple/Mobile iOS operation and mobile device deployments.
Solid understanding of computer hardware and networking.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team player with the ability and willingness to interact with both technical and non-technical users.
