Contract Specialist/Corporate Paralegal

Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days work from homePay Rate: $35-$38/hour. W2 Only.Responsibilities:You will support on the contracting and any remediation of our third party contracts. This includes compiling information to comply with regulatory items, connecting with various stakeholders, review contracts to ensure information is accurate and uploading documentation. You will be a personal contact point for category leaders on this topics. You will need to know when something needs escalating, how to manage a variety situations and be comfortable managing finance and budgets. In office Tuesday through Thursday.Qualifications:2+ years of Contract Administration experience is required.Experience Redlining Contracts/reviewing Contracts For Compliance Is Required.Paralegal experience is a plus.Bachelor's degree is preferred.
