Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior AI Engineer located in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. The Senior AI Engineer will work on designing, developing, and optimizing AI models, specifically focusing on pattern recognition, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP). Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance machine learning algorithms, contributing to scalable software development efforts, and ensuring the seamless integration of AI solutions into Zof AI’s platforms to support software reliability. Qualifications Deep expertise in Pattern Recognition and Neural NetworksStrong foundation in Computer Science, with emphasis on algorithms, data structures, and AI principlesProficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and applicationsHands-on experience in Software Development, focusing on building scalable and efficient systemsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for innovation and reliability engineeringFamiliarity with distributed systems and dynamic software development environmentsAdvanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field preferredStrong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
