This year Current Home is expanding even more and we are excited to add a new Contact Center Representative. This position is full-time with working remote and some office time.As a part of the Current Home team, you will become part of our tight-knit organization of industry professionals, many of whom have been working together for 10+ years. You will also be encouraged to collaborate with managers, operations, and high-level executive members, in order to achieve not only company goals, but your personal career goals.Responsibilities:Inbound and Outbound telemarketing; Set and Confirm Appointments; Provide over the phone customer service while marketing our product with the goal of obtaining a time and date for a sales rep to go out and meet with potential clients face to faceYou will act as a connection with Sales, Marketing and Operations. They must have a high attention to detail and be resilient when faced with challenges and setbacks.Your goal will be to ensure exceptional service standards and sustain high customer satisfaction.
