LCMS Chemist
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated LCMS Chemist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research and development of new LCMS methods, expanding current LCMS methods, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, maintenance of LCMS instruemtns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Duties:
- Design and execute method development for toxicology clinical laboratory testing.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all experiments, results, and testing data.
- Collaborate with lab management to develop and refine new assays.
- Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with CLIA, COLA, and GLP regulations.
- Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure product quality and safety.
-Make, and maintain, all lab stock solutions, calibrators, and quality controls.
- Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related field.
- Strong background in LCMS and method development.
- Knowledge of clinical laboratory method validations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Effective communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
