Termite Sales Specialist and Inspector

Job Summary This role is NOT door-to-door and NOT cold prospecting. All appointments are pre-set by our in-house sales team. Your job is to: Perform a legitimate, thorough termite inspection Educate the homeowner on their risk Sell the appropriate termite service (active or preventative) If you are confident in your sales ability and want to focus on closing high-value services, this role was built for you. Required Strong sales experience (pest control, alarms, solar, roofing, home services, etc.) Comfortable closing in-home sales Professional communication and presentation skills Willingness to travel within assigned territory Licensing Already licensed termite technician → HIGHLY preferred Not licensed? We will pay for your termite license testing and certification We are not looking to train someone how to sell.You must already understand sales — we will teach you our process, not sales fundamentals. Pay: $250.00 - $1,500.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 50.0 per week Work Location: On the road
