You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle for infrastructure and hardware deployments, including servers, network equipment, end-user devices, industrial IT hardware, and related systems.This role ensures successful planning, procurement, implementation, and support of hardware solutions aligned with business objectives, operational requirements, and manufacturing environments. You will drive continuous improvement in hardware performance, reliability, scalability, and lifecycle management.Job DescriptionDevelop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with business stakeholders and operational leadersAct as the primary liaison between business units, IT infrastructure teams, vendors, and technical domainsLead end-to-end hardware project delivery, including planning, budgeting, risk management, and executionManage procurement processes, vendor selection, contract coordination, and hardware lifecycle planningOversee deployment of IT infrastructure components such as servers, storage, network equipment, workstations, and industrial hardwareCoordinate cross-functional teams including infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, operations, and external suppliersMonitor project progress to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, quality, and budgetEnsure hardware solutions meet performance, security, compliance, and manufacturing standardsContribute to IT portfolio management and capital planning for hardware investmentsTrack and report on budget performance and cost optimization initiativesDrive continuous improvement of hardware platforms, infrastructure standards, and support modelsSupport incident management and post-implementation reviews to enhance system reliabilityQualifications3–5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with strong exposure to hardware or infrastructure projectsProven experience delivering end-to-end hardware infrastructure implementationsStrong understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, endpoint devices, industrial IT equipment)Experience managing hardware vendors, procurement cycles, and contract negotiationsAbility to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationStrong financial and budget management skillsExperience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, Scrum)Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferredAdvanced proficiency with collaboration and reporting tools (e.g., Google Workspace, reporting dashboards)Knowledge of IT security, compliance, and infrastructure best practicesAdditional InformationTo acquire experience in different critical industries and projects while working for the same company; To have a competitive salary and a great benefits package To access trainings that focus on expanding your knowledge while staying up to date with cutting edge technologies and best practices; To have a clear career development plan that suits your goals; To have the possibility of working abroad through our mobility program thanks to our international presence; To join a dynamic, specialized and fast-growing group where communication is key and where every team member is valued.
