Business Development / B2B Sales Specialist (Remote, Part‑Time / Contract, 1099)We are an in‑house designed home & seasonal decor manufacturer. We are seeking an experienced B2B sales specialist to develop and grow relationships with major US retail buyers.Role OverviewThis is a 100% remote contract role. You will be responsible for outreach, relationship building, pitching our product line, and driving new business with large‑scale home decor retailers. Prior working or direct sourcing experience with Hobby Lobby, TJX (HomeGoods, Marshalls, TJ Maxx) or comparable national home goods chains is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities- Identify, outreach and build connections with category buyers at US mass‑market home decor retailers- Pitch our seasonal & everyday home ornament product collection to retail decision‑makers- Manage sales pipeline, follow‑up on inquiries, coordinate buyer sample requests- Share retail‑level market feedback, buyer requirements and trending insights back to our product team- Track outreach progress, customer contacts and sales opportunitiesQualifications- Direct hands‑on experience working with or sourcing for Hobby Lobby, TJX family brands, or similar large US home‑goods retailers; existing buyer contacts are a major plus- Proven track record of B2B wholesale sales / retail vendor development within home decor, gift or seasonal categories- Strong written & verbal English communication for professional buyer correspondence- Self‑directed, results‑driven, able to work flexible hours on contract basis- Familiar with US retail buyer procurement process, sample requirements and vendor on‑boarding workflowsTerms & Compensation- Position: Remote independent contractor (1099), part‑time- Pay: pay range disclosed upon initial conversation- Flexible working schedule; output & results‑oriented, no mandatory fixed daily hoursHow to ApplyPlease get your resume ready, relevant work background, and brief summary of your retail‑buyer network .
