We also provide treatment for individuals with Eating Disorders. Our multi-disciplinary team addresses co-occurring issues in a trauma-sensitive and supportive environment. We are committed to fostering healthier lifestyles and providing compassionate care.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Dietitian based in Milwaukie, OR. The Registered Dietitian will be responsible for providing nutritional counseling, developing personalized dietary plans, and conducting medical nutrition therapy for clients with eating disorders. Key responsibilities include assessing clients' nutritional needs, implementing weight management strategies, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support clients' overall health and well-being. Additional responsibilities may include educating clients on healthy eating habits and addressing the nutritional challenges of recovery from chemical dependency.QualificationsStrong proficiency in Dietetics, including assessing and addressing nutritional health concernsExperience in Nutritional Counseling to provide education and personalized guidance for clientsCompetence in Medical Nutrition Therapy with the ability to address specific health conditionsSkills in developing effective Weight Management and Nutrition plans tailored to individual needsRegistered Dietitian (RD) credential and applicable state licensure to practice dieteticsStrong interpersonal skills and experience in working with individuals in recovery or similar environmentsWillingness and ability to work on-site in Milwaukie, ORBachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field
