Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Littleton, NH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,677 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 6/8/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 18 months home health experience required; 2-5 years med-surg experience preferred. License: Current active nursing license required. Certifications: Current BLS certification required. Must-Have: Current home health experience required. Previous hospice experience preferred. Self-directed and able to work without direct supervision. Ability to demonstrate flexibility in response to unexpected changes in work volume and schedule. Ability to function in any home situation regardless of patient background. Disposition and personality to work harmoniously with a wide variety of people and staff. Proficient in English communication (speaking, writing, reading). Computer proficiency in electronic medical records. Valid driver's license and certificate of auto insurance coverage required.
