Title: Project Manager IVLocation: Bellevue, WA 98006 Hybrid (onsite a few days per weekDuration: 3+ MonthsOverview Seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Enterprise Compliance organization in the implementation and integration of a risk assessment AI tool within the broader Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) ecosystem. This role will focus on assisting in driving the execution of the system integration and implementation of the system tool(s), coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide assistance in driving the day-to-day execution of a GRC system implementation and integration initiativePartner with Enterprise Compliance, Risk, Legal, and technology teams to gather, document, and refine business and system requirementsTranslate business processes into clear requirements, workflows, and user storiesManage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks using tools such as Jira and MS ProjectFacilitate project meetings, track action items, and provide regular status updates to stakeholdersDevelop and maintain project artifacts, including requirements documentation, workflows, and test scriptsCoordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), including test case development and validation of outcomesEnsure alignment across stakeholders to keep deliverables on track and within scopeRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience managing system implementation or integration projectsDemonstrated ability to quickly understand business processes and translate them into actionable requirementsStrong experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including compliance, risk, and legal teamsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in fast-paced environmentsProficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) systemsFamiliarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systemsExperience supporting risk management or compliance-focused initiativesExperience with workflow and diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)Key SkillsStrong execution and delivery focusAbility to quickly ramp in new environments and drive progress with minimal oversightEffective stakeholder coordination and communicationStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
