Unlike traditional concierge roles that focus on off-property access, this position centers on designing the on-property journey, from arrival logistics and dining preferences to activities, spa experiences, and meaningful celebrations.This role is well-suited for hospitality professionals who have honed their craft in Forbes Five-Star, Relais & Châteaux, or similarly refined environments and who understand that true luxury is anticipatory, understated, and deeply human.Qualifications Experience in Forbes Five-Star, Relais & Châteaux, or comparable luxury hospitality environmentsA refined service style rooted in professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligenceExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple guest journeys simultaneouslyClear, confident communication skills suited to high-expectation guests and collaborative service teamsSound judgment and the ability to make thoughtful, independent decisions aligned with luxury service standardsResourcefulness, adaptability, and calm presence in a high-touch hospitality environmentFlexibility and reliability, including availability to work weekends and holidaysEducation & TrainingHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredValid driver's license with a clean driving recordWorking ConditionsA balance of focused pre-arrival planning and collaborative coordinationClose interaction with multiple departments across the propertyTypical shifts are 8–9 hours and include weekends and holidaysOccasional schedule flexibility required based on operational needsPartial hybrid work available for Vermont and New Hampshire residentsAdditional Information At Twin Farms, we believe that when our team members are genuinely cared for, they are empowered to deliver extraordinary hospitality.
