SOLLeSOLUTIONS is a growing custom cabinetry company specializing in the design, manufacturing, finishing, and installation of high-end residential millwork throughout Central Texas. We are not a production shop building stock cabinets. Every project is custom. Every cabinet matters. Every team member is expected to take pride in their work. What You'll Do Manufacture custom cabinetry Cut and machine cabinet components Edge band and finish panels Assemble cabinets and drawer systems Assist with sanding, finishing, and quality control Prepare projects for delivery Install custom cabinetry at residential job sites Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace Work closely with a professional team to deliver exceptional results What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of carpentry, cabinetry, finish carpentry, millwork, woodworking, or related construction experience Strong work ethic Excellent attention to detail Ability to take direction and continuously learn Reliable transportation Positive attitude and team-first mentality Comfortable using power tools and woodworking machinery Able to lift and carry heavy materials throughout the workday with a teammate Able to repeatedly bend, kneel, climb ladders, and perform overhead work Able to work in both a shop environment and active construction sites Compensation Starting salary: $48,000/year W-2 Employee 60-day probationary period Annual performance review Salary increases based on performance, skill development, and responsibility Benefits 10 paid days off annually (combined vacation/sick leave) Company-provided tools Fuel card for approved installation travel Paid on-the-job training Opportunity for long-term career advancement Schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Location Kyle, Texas About SOLLeSOLUTIONS SOLLeSOLUTIONS designs, manufactures, finishes, delivers, and installs fully custom cabinetry for high-end residential projects across Central Texas.
