Metal Fabrication
Pipe fitting and joining
Operation of shop equipment
Print reading
Safety focused
Fabrication and Installation of process piping systems
Fabrication Installation of mechanical piping systems
Safety focused for self and entire job site
Monitors the welding and fitting process to ensure compliance with industry best practices
Maintains and organizes, tools, equipment and the overall work site
Maintains job quality and ensures schedule compliance
SMAW welding and field fabrication skills. TIG, GMAW and FCAW a plus
Rigging and signal person a plus
Industrial maintenance and repair
Operate aerial man lifts and powered fork truck lifts.
Emergency repairs
Safety oriented
Analytical and troubleshooting skills
Able to commute to various job sites
SkillsPlans pipe routes
Fabricates pipe hangers
Cuts welds and fabricate piping per project design
Ability to use precision tools (e.g., calipers) to take accurate measurements
Critical Thinking
Ability to use a variety of hand tools
Basic knowledge of mechanical machinery and parts
Read diagrams, schematics and service manuals
Knowledge of the properties of metal and other material
Planning and problem solving
Able to obtain OSHA 30 Certification
