Project Manager

You'll work closely with field leadership, clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution while serving as a trusted representative of AnderCorp.Key responsibilities include:✅ Leading project planning, coordination, and execution from start to finish✅ Promoting a strong safety culture alongside field management teams✅ Managing project schedules, budgets, and procurement activities✅ Overseeing submittals, RFIs, project documentation, and contract administration✅ Leading owner, architect, and project team meetings✅ Managing subcontractor and vendor buyout processes✅ Coordinating project closeout, punch lists, warranties, and turnover documentation✅ Collaborating with project teams to maintain quality standards and client satisfaction✅ Conducting project walks, inspections, and progress reviews✅ Supporting risk management, cost control, and continuous project improvementWhat We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma requiredBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred5+ years of construction experienceStrong understanding of construction management principles and project delivery processesExcellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skillsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsExperience with project management, scheduling, and construction technology softwareProven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detailWhy AnderCorp?At AnderCorp, we believe successful projects start with exceptional people.
