Landscape Estimator – Enhancements DivisionLocation: Phoenix, AZWe are seeking an experienced Landscape Estimator to join our growing Enhancements Division in the Phoenix area. This is a newly created role reporting directly to the Director of Enhancements and will play a key part in supporting and helping run the division.Key Responsibilities:Estimate and manage enhancement projects from pre-construction through startupDevelop accurate labor and material cost estimatesReview plans, layouts, and designs to ensure alignment with industry standardsConduct onsite meetings to support smooth project kickoffFollow up on proposals and maintain strong communication with clients and internal teamsManage purchasing and purchase orders (POs)Track project progress, including pre-construction documentation and photosQualifications:Minimum 2+ years of experience in landscape construction and installationStrong knowledge of landscape installation practices and plant materialsExperience with estimating software (Aspire or similar preferred)Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePointHighly organized with strong communication and follow-up skillsValid driver's license required
