Lead Client Facing Analyst – Platform-as-a-Service
We are looking for a Lead Client Facing Analyst to play a key role in delivering value for our Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) customers. Reporting into our Senior Manager, PaaS Value Delivery, you will be part of a small, fast‑paced team working directly with clients to strategically design, execute, and maintain a robust prior authorization decision‑making automation program.What you’ll doConsult PaaS clients on designing an optimal decision automation program that maximizes platform valueTranslate complex client requirements into detailed technical blueprints for development teams to implement new clientsCollaborate across Product, Development, Design, and Engineering teams to scope new functionality or enhance existing functionality to meet client automation needsDevelop strategic roadmaps for continuous improvement of decision automation performance to drive increased value for clientsAnalyze authorization data and use data‑visualization software to build and maintain analytical reports informing internal and external stakeholders on platform performanceEnsure client KPIs are met and ensure end‑to‑end automation success for each client throughout the customer lifecycleIdentify opportunities to scale and improve consultation workflowsWhat you’ll need7+ years of experience in a client‑facing roleDemonstrated expertise in building client relationships and driving client engagement, value, and satisfactionAdvanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPointProficiency in building and maintaining dashboards in self‑service business intelligence tools such as Tableau or PowerBI; proficiency with SQL to extract insights from complex healthcare data setsAbility to develop deep product expertise and leverage it to guide customers, solve strategic issues, and optimize platform valueExperience interfacing with internal, cross‑functional stakeholders and colleagues on the development and definition of KPIs and product enhancementsAbility to navigate ethical dilemmas in healthcare data management and analysis while upholding professional standards and integrityPassion for improving the U.S. healthcare system and ensuring patients receive the best care possibleBenefitsFully remote opportunity with about 5% travelMedical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and Employee Assistance Program401(k) retirement plan with company match; flexible spending and health savings accountFlex time off plus company holidaysUp to 14 weeks of paid parental leaveCompensation
