To ensure success, you should have a good working knowledge of basic programming languages, the ability to learn new technology quickly, and the ability to work in a team environment with AI first approach.Technical Skills & Competencies· Strong understanding of software engineering principles, application design, and object-oriented programming (OOP).· Proficiency in .NET · Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing, debugging, and code quality practices.· Familiarity with databases, operating systems, and development tools (IDE, SDK, Git).· Exposure to Angular.js, RESTful APIs, and modern web application development is a plus.· Understanding of Agile development methodologies and CI/CD practices.· AI-native mindset with experience using AI-assisted development tools and integrating AI/LLM capabilities into applications.Other skills and competence· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.· Highly motivated with a sense of ownership and accountability.· Good written and verbal communication skills· Quick learner with a great attitude.
