Administrative Assistant to the Assistant Principals/Testing Center & ISS SupportJob DescriptionQualifications: High school diploma, computer skills including proficiency with word processing. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Good human relations skills are a must with the ability to keep information confidential. The ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not required.Reports To: Assistant PrincipalsEvaluated By: Assistant PrincipalsTerms: 184 day calendar, 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per weekPrimary ResponsibilitiesOrganize professional development and PLC collaboration time needs (meeting prep, food coordination, Lunch and Learns, Guiding Coalition)Support preparing resources for testing needs (BioLearn, PSAT, SAT)Assist with organizing sessions and analytics for our CORE Flex periodAssist with organizing school-wide eventsPrepare for construction team meetings and organize agendas and documentsSupport ResponsibilitiesSupervise students in In-School Suspension setting. Collect work and communicate with student teachers during the suspension.Administer tests and quizzes for students in In-School Suspension. Maintain integrity of test and test atmosphere. Return tests safely to teachers and/or administrators.Organize and administer make-up exams for students during specified windows following final exams. Return tests safely to teachers and/or administrators.Communicate the policies and procedures of the Testing Center and maintain the order and accuracy of all tests and records.Assist the assistant principal or dean with safety document copies/needs/signs as the need arises.ON-GOINGMaintain supply of various forms and handouts for the WHS Testing CenterHelp with requests assigned by Principal, APs and Dean
