This internship offers hands-on experience in operational support, including mail processing, case triage, documentation management, and workflow coordination within a fast-paced support environment. The intern will partner closely with the CSO team to ensure accurate daily mail handling, support case routing activities, and assist with administrative tasks that contribute to smooth client transitions. Key takeaways from this role include strengthening organizational and communication skills, gaining exposure to tools such as Salesforce and Excel, and building foundational experience in operations and client service support. We're specifically seeking candidates who reside in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro area.
