First Tek is seeking a proactive Workforce Management Specialist to join our HR Service Center team in Irving, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for agent scheduling across multiple channels, monitoring key performance indicators, and partnering with leadership.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of experience in workforce management, proficiency in AWS Connect, and strong analytical skills. The position is intended to be contracted to hire.
