Must Have Skills:1- Python Development• Strong hands-on experience in Python (3+ years typical)• Proficiency in:o OOP concepts, modular designo Data structures and algorithmso Package management and dependency handling• Experience building scalable applications and utilities2- Test Automation Frameworks• Experience with at least one Python-based automation stack:o PyTest / unittest frameworkso Selenium WebDriver for UI automationo Playwright (modern web automation)3- Automation Coverage• Ability to automate:o UI testing (web apps)o API testing (REST services)o Integration / system testing• Good understanding of:o Test design (BDD/TDD concepts)o Test data managemento Assertions and validations 4- QA Testing• Create and Execute Manual testcases for both UI and backend applications• Experience using Jira and generating Test summary reports.Nice to Have Skills:• Application Development• Business Management• Customer Solutions• Design• Group Problem Solving• Process Improvements• Pytest• Release Management• Selenium• Software Solutions• User Experience (UX) DesignEducation:• Bachelor degree Required.
