This role requires a sophisticated blend of technical insurance knowledge, tech-savviness, and the ability to thrive during the "peak season" rush. Whether you prefer the comfort of your home office or the excitement of travel, we have a path for you.Compensation & IncentivesBase Hourly Rate: $34.38/hr (starting October 5th).Training Pay: $25.00/hr.Bilingual Differential: Additional $75.00 per day when requested to utilize Spanish/English bilingual skills.Bonus Potential ($3,000 Total):$1,500 Attendance Bonus: For perfect attendance from October 5th through early December.$1,500 Production Bonus: Based on achieving a "B" grade or higher and meeting production targets.Work Options: Remote vs. Onsite TravelYou choose the path that fits your lifestyle.Option 1: Fully RemoteWork from your private home office.Must maintain a quiet, secure workspace with steady internet.Option 2: Travel / OnsiteTravel Pay: $25/hr for travel time + an extra $25/hr on top of base pay for onsite work.Per Diem: $50/day for mealsFully Covered: All flights, hotels, and car rentals are booked and paid for by the company.Flexibility Required: May include local onsite work or air travel (usually with 3 days' notice). Must be comfortable with any shift (days, nights, or weekends) and possess a valid Driver’s License.Core RequirementsLicensing: Must hold an active Life AND Health license in your resident state.Experience: Minimum of 2+ full enrollment seasons as a licensed agent.Product Knowledge: High proficiency in Medical, Dental, Vision, AND Voluntary Benefits (Critical Illness, Accident, Hospital Indemnity).Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Teams and enrollment platforms (e.g., Benefitfocus, PlanSource, Workday, Employee Navigator).Schedule: Must adhere to an 8 hour shift between 7 AM – 7 PM CST window.Note: There is a strict No Time Off policy between October 5th and November 25th.2026 Key DatesTraining Classes (1 Week): * Cohort A: August 3 – 7Cohort B: August 17 – 21Cohort C: August 31 – Sept 4(Availability for these cohorts will be confirmed upon hire.)Official Start Date: October 5, 2026.Season Duration: October 5th through November 25th (with potential extension into early December).Success Indicators & TrainingTraining: A comprehensive mix of lectures, modules, and shadowing.Equipment: We provide equipment! You will receive a laptop and headphones. Travel employees are provided with a company hotspot (public Wi-Fi is strictly prohibited).Performance: You will be evaluated on production volume and quality (Call accuracy and member satisfaction).
