You will ensure continuous improvement, resolve live issues, and successfully deploy new features and functionality. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in Uniface development, application support, and incident management, while ensuring system stability and performance.This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based anywhere within the European territoryEnglish is the only required working language.Technical Experience:A minimum of 6 years of hands-on Uniface development experienceExpertise in Uniface 10, including architecture, development tools, and deploymentProven experience in building, optimizing, and supporting complex Uniface applicationsStrong background in technical analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment of Uniface componentsExperience in application maintenance, incident resolution, and performance optimizationAbility to utilize and explore AI tools and efficiencies in coding and developmentKey Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and enhance Uniface applications in line with business requirementsProvide ongoing application support, including troubleshooting and resolving production issuesParticipate in the full software development lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverablesMonitor system performance and implement improvements where necessaryContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practicesDocument technical specifications, processes, and solutionsRequirements:Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently in a remote, distributed environmentExcellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)Proactive mindset with a focus on quality and delivery
