**CANDIATES WILL NEED TO COMPLETE GLIDER ASSESSMENTS** **MUST BE USC OR GC HOLDERS - Looking for Lead Level Staff Engineers with 10+ years of experience and TRUE Lead experience (Must be listed on resume how many folks they led, etc). 10+ years of Distributed Systems experience. Retail Experience would be HUGE! Lead Tech App applications and leading teams in projects. Java experience is required. Familiar with Data pipelines Any Public Cloud experience Microservices Strong experience with Java, Springboot, Kafka, Messaging Systems, Web Services and non relational DB's. PLUS - Familiar with ML Models
