Akkodis is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst for a 6+ months Contract position with a client located in Lansdale, PA.Pay Range: $23-25/hr. On W2 (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)Shift: 830a - 5p - 9/80 ScheduleSummary:This role will support an internal initiative focused on improving the structure, accuracy, and governance of cost center management across the organization. This is an internship-style opportunity designed to provide hands-on exposure to financial projects, mentoring, and real-world enterprise systems, making it well suited for an entry-level or early career finance professional.The position is project-based, with clearly defined objectives and deliverables, and will work closely with Finance and HR partners to standardize cost center attributes and resolve legacy data issues that impact financial reporting.Key Responsibilities:Cost Center Optimization Project SupportSupport day-to-day activities for a cost center remediation and optimization initiative.Assist with tracking tasks, timelines, and project deliverables.Data Review, Validation & UpdatesReview and update cost center attributes within ERP and HCM systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.Assist with identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or outdated data.Data Reconciliation & CleanupSupport reconciliation of legacy cost centers into the current system structure.Assist in documenting data corrections and alignment decisions.Functional Cost Center AnalysisAnalyze cost center usage to understand primary business functions.Support recommendations related to consolidation, separation, or reclassification of cost centers.Cross-Functional Collaboration & MentorshipWork closely with Finance and HR stakeholders, receiving guidance and mentorship throughout the project.Gain exposure to enterprise financial processes, governance requirements, and system interactions.New Cost Center Setup SupportAssist with the setup and validation of new cost centers as operational needs arise.Ensure accurate functional and attribute assignments.Stakeholder Communication & CoordinationParticipate in project kickoff meetings and recurring check-ins with stakeholders.Help document meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups.Implementation & Continuous ImprovementSupport implementation planning for system updates and cost center changes.Gather feedback from functional leaders and help refine cost center assignments during rollout.Learning & Development OpportunityInternship-style exposure to financial planning, cost management, and enterprise systemsHands-on experience with ERP and HR systemsMentorship from experienced finance and HR professionalsOpportunity to build foundational skills in data analysis, financial structures, and cross-functional collaborationIf you are interested in this Financial Planning Analyst role in Lansdale, PA then please click APPLY NOW.
