Overview:Lead .NET Developer (AI-Enabled Chatbots)Location: Alpharetta, GA (willing to travel to client locations)Employment Type: Full-Time (W2)Role OverviewWe are seeking a Lead .NET Developer to spearhead the development of AI-enabled chatbots using .NET and C#. This role focuses on building conversational AI solutions with Azure Bot Service, integrating dialogue management and LLMs for enhanced user interactions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development of AI-driven chatbots using .NET and C# with Azure Bot Service for conversational interfaces.Implement dialogue management systems to handle complex user interactions and intents.Integrate LLMs or other AI models into chatbot frameworks for natural language understanding.Collaborate with UX teams to design intuitive and responsive chatbot experiences.Ensure scalability, security, and performance of chatbot applications in production environments.Mentor junior developers and guide the team on best practices for conversational AI development. Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).3 years of experience in .NET and C# development with a focus on chatbot or conversational AI solutions.Proficiency in building chatbots with Azure Bot Service and implementing dialogue management.Experience integrating LLMs or AI models into production applications.Strong leadership skills with a track record of guiding development teams. Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with advanced NLP frameworks like LUIS or Hugging Face for chatbot enhancements.Exposure to Azure Cognitive Services for additional AI capabilities in conversational systems.Knowledge of cloud deployment strategies for chatbot applications on Azure.
