Anticipated Closing Date: 5/1/2026. Job Title: DME Coordinator. Location: South Bend, IN. Shift: M-F 8a-5p. Hourly Pay Range and Other Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $24-25 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Schedule: M-F 8a-5p. Job Summary: Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced DME Coordinator for a temporary assignment with one of our clients in the Mishawaka/South Bend, IN area. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in orthopedics, sports medicine, or durable medical equipment to step into a fast-paced clinical support role. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (or until the last physician is finished for the day). Duration: Approximately 8+ weeks (includes 2 weeks of training + 6 weeks of coverage). Location: Fully onsite - alternating between two locations in Mishawaka and South Bend (one location per day).What You'll Be Doing: Oversee daily DME program operations including inventory tracking, brace fitting, charge entry, and fee tickets. Coordinate invoicing, payments, and insurance billing including pre-authorizations and co-insurance collection. Manage and update the DMEPOS Management System and charge matrix. Educate patients and medical staff on orthopedic bracing products and proper usage. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review. Track and maintain data on claim denials and claims requiring follow-up.Requirements: 2+ years of experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, or athletic training. Working knowledge of orthopedic bracing and DMEPOS products. Experience with administrative processes in an orthopedic or physician's office is a plus. Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to learn new systems quickly. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
