MLOps Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Design, implement, and optimize machine learning operations infrastructure, including orchestration, version control, and monitoring.• Develop and automate pipelines for model training, testing, validation, and deployment using CI/CD practices.• Deploy machine learning models into production, establishing monitoring and alerting for performance, health, and data drift.• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps teams to integrate ML solutions into existing systems.• Ensure adherence to security protocols and compliance standards throughout the ML lifecycle.What You'll Need• 8+ years of experience in MLOps or DevOps roles within a technical engineering environment.• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java, and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and automation tools.• Strong knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).What's On Offer• Annual salary of $125,000 - $275,000.• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(K) plan.• Opportunities for professional development and to contribute to technical innovations.• A collaborative and fast-paced work environment.Apply via Haystack today!
