About Our PositionThis sales position involves driving new business growth by selling ASI products and services to target clients, requiring a proactive approach to identify and close deals. This role requires a hunter mentality, strong closing skills, and a passion for exceeding sales targets. What You'll Be DoingSuccessfully sell ASI products/services/programs to new business prospects in an assigned geographic and/or vertical industry area to consistently achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives. Utilize face-to-face meetings, conference calls, emails and other communication delivery methods to successfully close sales. Must be a "hunter" for new business opportunities through a multi-faceted approach, including cold-calling, networking, webinars, and face-to-face seminars. Work closely with potential clients and ASI resources to identify accurate project requirements. Follow up with clients to ensure client satisfaction with products and/or services and promptly contact appropriate ASI staff or business partners to ensure awareness of client concerns and to handoff for resolution as needed. Collaborate with sales support resources to gather, compile, and coordinate highly professional product demonstrations, solution summaries, proposals, and all other sales deliverables or meetings. Lead and deliver professional presentations to C-level executives on ASI products, services, and programs. Maintain a consistent minimum satisfactory pipeline level to meet sales goals. Create, maintain, and submit accurate, weekly pipeline building and forecast reports. Update HubSpot and ensure it is maintained with accurate sales processes completed or scheduled with specific key notes about the items discussed or voicemail messages left, meetings conducted, and meetings planned. Remain continuously informed of the company's products, services, policies and procedures to effectively perform sales activities and accomplish ASI's strategic objectives. Assist with client sales as needed by attending and assisting with client events, providing support to ASI CPIL staff, especially during periods of personal and annual leave, and managing at-risk clients to address issues and ensure their satisfaction. Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time. What We Want You To HaveBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; experience in the nonprofit industry is a plus. 5+ years' experience successfully selling B2B SaaS solutions. Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills required for delivering the iMIS value proposition to C-level executives. Proven ability to develop a detailed written sales plan and execute it with a sense of urgency to exceed quota consistently. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Compensation Compensation for this position is determined based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, an individual's skills, experience, training, certifications, education, geographic location, business needs, and internal equity. The current compensation range for this role is $80,000-$100,000 USD + variable compensation.
