Why Stronger Oregon? At Stronger Oregon, we believe in transparency and accountability. From the very beginning, we share our perspective on the market so you know where we stand. We want every new relationship to start with trust, authenticity, and mutual respect. Medicaid is in a period of uncertainty, and many agencies are unprepared. We are not. Stronger Oregon is built to ride out these changes and give you a stable, rewarding place to grow your career. How We’re Different (and Why That Matters for You): Diversified Payer Mix We don’t rely on one unstable funding stream. Our clients are served through Medicaid, private insurance, district contracts, EAPs, and other agreements. Compensation Stability Our pay structures are timed with insurer changes so you get the best rates until adjustments are unavoidable. Plus, private insurance continues to grow with inflation—protecting your income even as Medicaid shifts. Less Stress, More Support In 2026 we will launch StrongerEHR, our new platform with AI note-taking, built-in dictation, and smart organization tools. It reduces administrative burden so you can focus on client care. Investing in Admin Teams Administrators are the engine of an agency. Our 2026 upgrade will streamline their work, creating stress relief across all roles. Future-Proof Revenue We plan to license StrongerEHR to other agencies, diversifying revenue to ensure long-term sustainability. Unlimited CEUs As an official OBLSW CE provider (Compatible with OBLPCT!), we offer unlimited free CEUs to cover all your renewal requirements. You can even become a trainer if you’d like to share your expertise and make extra compensation on the side. Big-Picture Vision Our software roadmap positions us to innovate to be like Epic, Cerner, Salesforce, and Synergy—making us a cost-effective, scalable alternative in healthcare, business and education. This is immense diversification! The Bottom Line Stronger Oregon is preparing for the future with creativity, resilience, and a deep commitment to our team. If you want to be part of a stable, forward-thinking agency that invests in your growth, join us—we’re ready for what’s coming, and we want you with us.
