Director, Client Coding Integrations

OverviewFor our client, we are seeking a Director Client Coding Integrations to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end coding integration strategy and execution across services Ensure alignment of coding workflows and systems across facilities Standardize policies and best practices for consistency and efficiency Ensure compliance with academic medical center standards and regulatory requirements Partner with compliance teams to maintain accuracy and audit readiness Monitor coding KPIs to optimize quality and productivity Serve as the primary escalation point for complex coding issues Oversee multiple facilities to ensure consistent execution and alignment Lead and develop coding integration leaders and teams QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare coding, revenue cycle, or HIM 5+ years of leadership experience in complex, multi-site environments Deep expertise in inpatient, outpatient, and/or professional coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) Experience supporting academic medical centers or large teaching hospitals Proven track record managing high-volume operations and large, distributed teams Strong analytical, operational, and stakeholder management skills BenefitsHybrid/on-site engagement based on operational needs Opportunities for professional development and mentorship A dynamic working environment supporting multi-site operations Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
