Develop training programs and orientations portionsDevelop and control annual budget for assigned areas and effectively allocate funds and manpower accordinglyQualificationsEducation Required: Bachelor's Degree in Environmental, Chemistry, Engineering or related science (four year college or university)Years of Experience Required: 5-10 years of Environmental oversight experienceExperience with project expansion and permitting needsDemonstrates the ability to develop training programs for other group membersExcellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skillsAble to communicate effectively and constructively in a teaching/guidance scenarioAble to interact effectively with various stakeholders of company and goverment agenciesAble to handle multiple projects or assignments effectivelyAble to work outdoors in adverse/inclement weather conditionsProven leadership and ability to work amongst strong teams About UsFounded in 1882, J.D.
