Posting DetailsClassification InformationClassification TypePosition OverviewPrimary Purpose Of PositionThe Department of Accounting and Finance is accepting applications for Part-Time Instructors. Part-Time Instructors are hired on a semester-by-semester basis to teach basic accounting courses. The maximum teaching load is four courses per semester. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: teaching face-to-face and/or online and attending training and/or review sessions.Primary Function Of Organizational UnitThe Department of Accounting and Finance currently enrolls over 300 students and offers two undergraduate degrees, a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Finance. The Department also offers an Accounting concentration in the College’s MBA program. Additionally, the Department is rolling out its newly approved minor in Accounting and minor in Accounting. All business programs in the college have been accredited by AACSB International since 1979, and the Accounting program has held separate AACSB International accreditation since 1986.
