Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Field Sales professional to develop professional relationships with customers and optimize base sales, new product development, and promotions. The role includes ensuring great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities, driving field KPIs, and meeting annual objectives.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain professional relationships with customers.Optimize base sales, NPD, and promotional activities.Ensure maximum visual impact and shelf availability through merchandising techniques.Implement and monitor promotional activities.Place point-of-buying materials and oversee their implementation.Report on activities and field KPIs.QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes.Strong analytical skills.Sales experience required, preferably in FMCG/CPG.Perseverance and attention to detail.Graduate or postgraduate degree (full time).Work Schedule & TravelWithin-country. Relocation support available.
