Machine Operator

We are currently hiring for an experienced Machine Operator. The person will be responsible to produced countertop cutouts using industrial machines. The ideal person will be able to read shop drawings or blueprints in order to set machine to cut material based on specifications. Responsibilities: Using blueprints or shop drawings, set the machine to preprogrammed specifications to cut/drill desired results. Load, adjust, and unload material on the machine before and after each run. Perform QC after each run to ensure quality and proper specifications. Clean the machine and surrounding work area to maintain a clean and safe working area. Perform routine checks and maintenance on machines in order for them to operate at maximum efficiency. Other responsibilities as requested by lead, supervisor, and/or manager. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; higher education and/or skills trade preferred. 3+ years of recent machine operator experience; CNC experience preferred. Programming and/or machine setup experience is required. Must be able to physically stand, stoop, bend and lift up to 100lbs independently during the work schedule. Must be able to work overtime and Saturdays as needed. Must be willing to submit and pass a pre-employment screening. Must have reliable transportation and be able and willing to work hard.
