Senior Embedded Engineering Program Manager

Overview In this role, you will lead firmware program planning for new WHOOP devices, coordinating across firmware, hardware, connectivity, and manufacturing to ensure timely feature delivery. You’ll manage schedules, roadmaps, and risks from concept to launch, enabling scalable, reliable firmware that unlocks next‑gen hardware. You’ll partner with cross‑functional teams to optimize development workflows and execution efficiency, delivering impact through disciplined program management. This is a pivotal role for shaping how WHOOP devices evolve and scale. You will work in Boston, MA, with international travel as needed.
