Laborer

Infinity Homes & Co. is looking for a full-time Laborer to join our team in the metro Detroit area. Join an expanding team at one of Michigan’s premier development companies! You will handle the general cleaning and punch list items of the homes under construction. You will work closely with the Site Superintendent covering the site management and assisting with day to day punch list items including but not limited to: Pre-drywall punch list and checklist completion items. Pre-final walk through punch list and checklist completion items. Meeting with inspectors (if applicable). Contractor quality control follow up. Ensure that the grounds of the development are kept in a litter-free condition at all times. Qualifications and Required Experience: Must be able to work on your feet all day and lift 20+ lbs. Ability to establish good working relationships with a variety of people, including management, sales, trades, vendors and customers. Must be able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and have the willingness to take on additional responsibility.
