Your Purpose as the Manager, HR Business Partner:
The Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) provides HR leadership and consultation to key Store Leaders. This role is responsible for driving strong leadership capabilities with Store Leaders, aligning operational goals with HR strategy, and providing strategic partnership on HR initiatives, building leadership capabilities, analyzing metrics, talent management and succession planning initiatives. Additionally, the Manager, HRBP will collaborate on Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy and execution, and overall HR special projects.
In this role you will:
Build strong relationships with General Managers, Store Leaders, and employees at all levels.
Consult and execute operational and HR strategies to support group initiatives including leadership development programs and employee experience surveys
Provide proactive coaching and consultation related to an established leadership model
Maintain a deep understanding of HR analytics to effectively develop and coach Store Leaders on utilizing data to make informed business decisions
Collaborate with Store Leaders to identify talent and build future Store Leader bench strength
Align and provide coaching to Store Leaders on HR strategy to support operational goals
Effectively communicate and educate Store Leaders on HR initiatives
Collaborate, support, and communicate changes to Store Leaders
Work with Store Leaders to develop role design, function, job description, and pay plans
Provide strategic partnership on talent management and succession planning initiatives
Collaborate with and support the TA team on strategy and projects

Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent
At least 5 years of business operational and/or HR leadership experience
Knowledge of EEO and ERISA laws and regulations
Additional Qualifications:
PHR and/or SPHR certification is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
HR analytics experience preferred
Ability to travel to assigned store locations
Ability to effectively interact and engage with all levels of roles from operational and client-facing roles within the stores to senior-level executives
Ability to influence at all levels of the organization and possess the courage to appropriately challenge decisions and recommendations
Ability to coach key stakeholders, peers, and team members
Solid business acumen, strategic agility, and operational execution capabilities
Excellent time management, detail orientation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
