*SMT Operator – Temp-to-Perm | Now Hiring!* Join a growing electronics manufacturer and take the next step in your technical career! We’re seeking an experienced *SMT Operator* to support daily production, ensure high-quality PCB assemblies, and keep our SMT lines running smoothly. This is a *temp-to-perm opportunity* with long-term growth potential for the right candidate. *Responsibilities of an SMT Operator:* * Load machine programs, feeders, and components for scheduled SMT jobs * Operate SMT equipment such as pick‑and‑place machines, screen printers, and reflow ovens * Verify and accurately load components based on parts lists * Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments to maintain quality * Perform visual inspections of components and assemblies for defects * Maintain equipment, complete basic cleaning tasks, and follow all ESD and safety procedures Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a strong attention to detail, and the abilty to follow written directions. Prior soldering and electronic assembly experience strongly desired!
