With throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe and China, the company offers progressive & efficient solutions for moving freight by land, sea, and air.Your Part in It:Working out of our Miami office, we are looking for our next Key Account Manager Air & Ocean Exports.Working within the Operations team, you will be responsible for managing key customer account while directly overseeing the execution of their shipments. This is a hands-on operational role requiring strong expertise in U.S. export processes across both air and ocean freight.You will act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring shipments are executed efficiently, issues are proactively managed, and service expectations are consistently exceeded.Key Account Manager – OperationsWhat the Job Entails: Manage day-to-day operations for key customer accounts, including both air and ocean export shipmentsCoordinate bookings, documentation, and execution from pickup through final departureEnsure compliance with U.S. export regulations, AES filings, and customer-specific requirementsAct as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely updates and solutionsTroubleshoot operational challenges and implement corrective actions quicklyWork closely with internal teams (warehouse, dispatch, pricing, compliance) to ensure smooth executionMaintain accurate and complete shipment data within CargoWiseMonitor shipment timelines and proactively address delays or service risksSupport process improvements and help standardize operations for assigned accountsBuild strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholdersWhat We Are Looking For: Minimum 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding operationsStrong operational experience in U.S. air and ocean exports (required)Import experience is a plusHands-on experience with CargoWise (required)Strong understanding of export documentation, AES, and regulatory requirementsAbility to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsStrong communication skills with both customers and internal teamsHigh level of ownership and accountabilityThis is a full-time, in-office, permanent position from Monday to Friday.
