Join Joshua Tree Experts North Denver as a Groundsman and play an important role supporting safe, professional tree care operations in the field.We're building a reliable, safety-focused operation from the ground up, and Groundsmen are essential to how our crews function day to day. This is a hands-on entry-to-early-career role for someone who wants to learn the trade, work hard, and grow within a professional tree care team.About The RoleGroundsmen work alongside climbers and Crew Leaders assisting with tree removals, pruning, stump grinding, and cleanup. This role requires physical effort, attention to detail, and strong communication - including professional interaction with customers and the public on job sites.What You'll DoAssist with equipment and vehicle preparationSupport pruning, removals, stump grinding, and cleanupMaintain safe drop zones and traffic controlOperate chainsaws, pole saws, chippers, and related equipmentLoad and unload debrisFollow direction from Crew Leaders and ClimbersMaintain a professional appearance and positive attitudeFollow all safety procedures and policiesWork 40+ hours per week, including in adverse weatherWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 2 years of tree care operations experienceValid driver's licenseAt least 21 years of ageAbility to lift 25+ poundsWillingness to work outdoors in varying conditionsStrong communication skills and reliabilityTraining, Growth & Our CommitmentWe believe great crews are built by investing in people.
