Superintendent

Title: SuperintendentLocation: MDDuration: 12+ monthsPay: $50-$60/hour DOEOverview: We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee a federal renovation project in MD. This role will manage daily construction activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work is delivered on time, safely, and to quality standards. Candidates must have prior superintendent experience with renovation or federal projects.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day construction activities and maintain project schedule.Coordinate subcontractors, logistics, and material deliveries.Lead daily meetings and ensure communication across site teams.Enforce project safety standards and ensure compliance.Conduct site inspections, document progress, and resolve issues.Work with QC to ensure workmanship meets specifications.Provide updates to project stakeholders as required.Requirements:5+ years of superintendent experience in construction (federal project experience required).Background in managing interior/exterior renovation projects.OSHA 30 certification required.Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.Proficiency with MS Office for reporting and documentation.Ability to manage multi-phase projects in a federal construction environment.FootBridge is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive environment where everyone is valued and respected.
