We value honesty, long-term relationships, and high-quality standards that benefit our employees, residents, and the broader communities we serve.Your Role: Maintenance TechnicianAs a Maintenance Technician at Homecoming at The Preserve, in Chino CA, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our apartment community running smoothly and our residents happy and safe. From daily repairs to preventive maintenance and apartment turnovers, your technical know-how, attention to detail, and team spirit will help ensure the highest standard of living for our residents.What You’ll DoPerform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units, common areas, and facilitiesTroubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systemsHandle basic carpentry, painting, and drywall repairsConduct regular inspections and resolve maintenance issues promptlyAssist with apartment turnovers to ensure units are move-in readyRespond to resident service requests in a courteous and timely mannerMaintain a clean, organized maintenance shop and toolsWork collaboratively with the property management team and fellow maintenance staffBe available for on-call and emergency maintenance as neededWhat We’re Looking For1–3+ years of residential maintenance experience (apartment or multifamily preferred)Strong understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance troubleshootingBasic carpentry, drywall, and painting skillsExcellent problem-solving and communication abilitiesAbility to lift/move heavy objects and climb stairs/ladders as neededSelf-motivated and able to work independently or on a teamValid driver’s license requiredAvailability for emergency/on-call dutiesFluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)ScheduleHours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PMDays Off: Friday and SaturdayCompensation & PerksHourly Pay: $25.00 – $27.00/hour (based on experience)Monthly Cell Phone Allowance: $100/monthAnnual Bonus Potential and performance-based salary reviewsTools & Uniforms Provided (including over $700 in professional tools)In-House Training: Learn from the best training team in the industryBenefits Package:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) Plan with Company MatchPaid Time Off, Sick Leave & HolidaysApartment Rental DiscountsOpportunities for Growth and PromotionWhy Join Lewis?At Lewis, we’re more than a property management company—we’re a community builder.
