Sales Engineer Development ProgramLocation: Research Triangle Park, NCLinde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking college graduates for our Sales Leadership Program. Learn, engage, achieve, & develop (LEAD) in Sales at a leading global industrial gases and engineering company!What you will be doingActively participate in a 12-month development program to learn and understand the LG&E business operations while you develop leadership skills through on-the-job experiences, project assignments and formal trainingLead and administer special projects in sales execution supporting a general sales manager and his/her team of territory managersWork in a team environment to develop solutions and sales strategies for customersHelp to troubleshoot specific customer problems, onsite at customers, sharing technical knowledge and recommending solutionsDemonstrate products and applications to new account customers or participate in customer demonstrations with senior sales professionalsParticipate in cold calling, both onsite and via phone, to potential targetsSupervise a set of customer accounts promoting sales, negotiating product supply agreements, and providing account service to assigned and potential customersEstablish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers to meet their needsEnsure compliance with Linde policy and government regulationsWhat makes you greatBachelor's degree in Chemical engineering.1-2 years' work experience, including internships in designated degree areas required.Must have demonstrated leadership in campus activities, clubs, sports, or community.Be innovative, flexible, committed, ambitious and determined.Must have a positive attitude, be willing to quickly adapt to changing situations, have strong communications skills.Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Model high standards of honesty and integrity.Maintain a track record of exceeding goals successfully.Ensure accountability through excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.Contribute to a positive work environment where differences are valued and supported.Actively contribute to a safety culture that delivers both best-in-class safety and business performance.What we offer youCompetitive compensation & paid time off.Wide range of medical options to suit everyone's needs.Educational and professional development.Employee discount program.401K.Life insurance.Program Starts: July 2026All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, protected veteran status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other reason prohibited by applicable law.Schedule: Full-timeJ-18808-Ljbffr
