Must be able to inspect and operate equipment and deliver each load promptly and securely.A Successful Mill/Operator $16/hour:Must consistently demonstrate the company’s Mission and Values. They must have good oral and written communication skills in order to effectively interact with customers, drivers and other team members in person and on the telephone. They must be customer service-oriented as well as team-oriented and must have good organizational skills. A successful Mill/Operator must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Finally, they must be able to work a flexible schedule when needed to including weekends, evenings, and holidays.QualificationsComply with all SJIs (Safe Job Instructions), successfully complete all training requirements. Comply with federal, state and local regulations as they apply to our mill operation.Maintain a clean truckFollow mill guidelines and specificationsSafely transport each loadInspect and report equipment issues to maintenanceOperate and maintain equipment safelyAid mill/customer employees with internal logistics needsReport any issues, incidents, or hazards to the supervisor on dutyPerform other tasks as assigned.Assist in mill and yard work as needed.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
