We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform general office duties, including answering phones, managing emails, and filing documents. 2. Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members. 3. Coordinate office activities and events, such as team-building exercises or company outings. 4. Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed. 5. Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing paperwork and setting up workstations. 6. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, as well as shipping and receiving packages. 7. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. 8. Assist with special projects and tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus. - Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Attention to detail and accuracy in work. - Knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
